Responsible investors Nuveen commissioned us to deliver a complete package of branding and marketing materials to launch the 88 Leadenhall Street restoration. The results needed to reflect both a classic building and a contemporary working environment.

Research

We wanted our design to respect the history and architecture of this classic building and drew inspiration from the building’s art-deco style and nautical past.

Creative Design

We combined naval colours of gold and navy with an elegant modern font. A subtle watercolour effect throughout the scheme elevated the scheme.

Results

A brand, website, and marketing collateral that reflected the calibre and style of this 100,000 sq ft contemporary office.
